Ryan Devine
Ryan is a public administration master’s student at Villanova University. He graduated magna cum laude with honors from Salisbury University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Some of his most notable college experiences include conducting community-based research through AmeriCorps, being a United Nations Millennium Fellow, competing on the ethics bowl team, and co-facilitating an ethics program for incarcerated men at a local state prison. Ryan's passion for free speech began in his prior role as an administrator in higher education.
When he's not working or studying, you will find Ryan on a road trip or putting his bartending experience to good use by making cocktails for friends.
