FIRE participated as amicus curiae on behalf of a student challenging the allegedly unfair procedures used by the University of Arkansas to find him responsible for sexual misconduct. FIRE addressed the nationwide context in which this case arose in order to impress upon the court the significance of each decision on the issue of students’ due process rights.
