Harassment: Unwelcome verbal, written, or physical conduct or communications made by phone, text, mail, email, social media, or other virtual platforms. That creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment; that is sufficiently severe or pervasive; and/or that unreasonably interferes with, denies, or limits an individual’s ability to participate in the University community or participate in or benefit from the university’s educational programs or activities.
