Brennen VanderVeen
Brennen grew up in Oklahoma, where he attended the University of Tulsa and double-majored in political science and economics. He moved to Virginia to attend Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. During his time in law school, Brennen focused on classes related to constitutional law, a subject in which he has had a longstanding interest. He also served as an articles editor of the Civil Rights Law Journal. After graduating law school and before joining FIRE, Brennen performed criminal defense work.
In his free time, he enjoys board games, computer games, cooking, and reading.
