Katie Di Pane
Katie Di Pane is an events specialist at FIRE. Prior to joining the FIRE team, Katie spent six years as an events manager at the Institute for Humane Studies, where she managed the logistics behind the IHS conference presence and related receptions. Her belief in the importance of free speech was her foot in the door to nonprofit work, and she is delighted to bring that passion to the preeminent organization on the topic.
Katie has a BFA in illustration/animation from California State University, Long Beach, and still maintains a personal art practice. She’s a big fan of Mercedes AMG F1, horror movies, and taking leisurely strolls around neighboring Georgetown with her husband.
