Student Sues University of Delaware
A University of Delaware student filed suit against the university on Wednesday, claiming the university violated his First Amendment rights. Administrators suspended and banned Maciej Murakowski from campus after students complained that a number of posts on his website were graphic, “racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, and homophobic.” He’s seeking reinstatement, credit for missed classes, and punitive damages.
