SPLC Publishes New Paper on FERPA
Students, parents, and administrators should set aside the time to read the new Student Press Law Center (SPLC) report on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The SPLC does us all a much-needed service in helping to demystify FERPA, which is too often used improperly by college administrations to stonewall requests for public records.
