So to Speak podcast: ‘The First Amendment in the Trump Era’ w/ Professor Timothy Zick
On today’s episode of So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast, we are joined by William & Mary Law School Professor Timothy Zick to discuss his new book, “The First Amendment in the Trump Era.”
Show note:
We are coming up on the 100th episode of So to Speak, which is due to publish on Thursday, Dec. 12. To celebrate the occasion, we plan to assemble a distinguished panel of popular, past So to Speak guests for a wide-ranging discussion of the state of free expression in America.
The panel will include the Brooking Institution’s Jonathan Rauch, former ACLU President and New York Law School Professor Nadine Strossen, Davis Wright Tremaine partner Bob-Corn Revere, and FIRE President and CEO Greg Lukianoff.
We are considering incorporating a small, live studio audience into the recording of the episode, which will occur on Dec. 4 between 3 and 5 p.m. at FIRE’s Washington, D.C. office. If you would be interested in attending the podcast recording, please contact us at sotospeak@thefire.org and let us know.
