[INFOGRAPHIC] The State of Free Speech on Campus
Last week, we gave you the good news and the bad news: The percentage of colleges and universities that maintain unconstitutional speech codes is decreasing—but the majority of institutions still engage in censorship. FIRE’s report, Spotlight on Speech Codes 2014: The State of Free Speech on Our Nation’s Campuses, provides statistics on over 400 schools throughout the nation as well as some of the worst examples of speech-restrictive policies.
