Conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:
unwelcome verbal or physical conduct that is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive and objectively offensive that it unreasonably interferes with, denies, or limits an individual’s ability to participate in or benefit from the university’s Education Programs and Activities or the individual’s employment;

Sexual Harassment can occur by or against an individual of any sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Sexual Harassment may include, but is not limited to, the following when the conduct meets the definition of sexual harassment set forth above: conduct involving jokes, slurs, epithets, name-calling, Threats, Intimidation, ridicule, mockery, insults, put-downs, unwanted touching, offensive objects or pictures or other offensive conduct.
