Sexual harassment as defined in Wisconsin Statute section 111.32(13) and by UWM’s sexual harassment policy, includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, written (including electronic or graphic) or physical conduct of a sexual nature where the two parties are of unequal power. Harassment between equals is also possible. Conduct which unreasonably interferes with an individual’s work or educational performance or which creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for work or learning also constitutes sexual harassment.
