Disruptive Behavior. A material and substantial obstruction or disruption of University operations including obstruction of teaching, research, administration, disciplinary procedures, other University activities, and/or other authorized non- University activities which occur on campus; This includes interference with performance of duties of any university official or employee including faculty and staff, residence hall staff and student workers.
