Except as limited by this or related regulations, or as limited by applicable laws or University policies, University grounds (as defined in (1)(n), above) may be used for demonstrations, protests, and other exercises of free speech and assembly subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions set forth in this regulation, including that such use be lawful and non-disruptive and not infringe on the rights of others.
