Participation in activities or behavior that threaten or impact the health and safety of individuals or the community is prohibited. This policy includes, but is not limited to, physical, electronic, written and verbal interactions that are either direct or indirect which are prohibited within housing communities and on the campus at large. Violations of this policy may be referred to the Office of Academic Integrity & Student Conduct, reported to the UCIPD at (949) 824-5223, and may result in action by the University as well as criminal charges. In an emergency, call 911.This includes, but is not limited to:
a. Abuse (physical, verbal or written)
