SECTION 16: Harassment
Engaging in behavior that is sufficiently severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it unreasonably interferes with, denies, or limits an individual’s ability to participate in or benefit from the College’s education program and/or activities, and creates an academic environment that a reasonable person would find intimidating or hostile. Activity protected by the First Amendment will not constitute harassment.
