Harassment: Behavior that is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive, and that so undermines and detracts from the affected individual’s educational or employment experience, that the individual is effectively denied equal access to University resources and opportunities.

Behavior directed toward an individual on the basis of their protected characteristics or statuses is addressed under the University’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy.
