Intimidation or threats to an individual’s or group’s safety, safety of property, academic efforts, employment, or participation in University sponsored activities are prohibited. Threats are defined as statements where the speaker means to communicate a serious expression of an intent to commit an act of unlawful violence to a particular individual or group. Intimidation is defined as a type of threat where a speaker directs a threat to a person or group with the intent of placing them in fear of bodily harm or death.
