3.1.10 Hostile environment sexual harassment occurs when a reasonable person would determine that the unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to the University’s education program or activity. A hostile environment can be created by anyone, including a school employee, another student, or even someone visiting the school, such as a student or employee from another school.
