Residents and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Inappropriate and/or disruptive behavior is defined as any behavior, verbal or physical, which disrupts or is detrimental to the environment and/or its occupants. Such behavior may include, but is not limited to, lewd comments and/or behavior, use of profanity, shouting or loud noise, pranks, damage or destruction of personal or university property, creation and/or contribution to situations which may be harmful or otherwise detrimental to others, and/or aggressive behavior
