All signs, posters, and other material to be displayed by student organizations in Tolliver Hall and the Student Center must be approved by the Department of Student Activities. To gain approval, you can email the file to studentorgs@latech.edu or bring a physical copy to Tolliver Hall. All approvals will be made according to content and viewpoint-neutral guidelines. 

In addition to posting in locations with prior approval, Louisiana Tech encourages both individual students and student organizations to exercise their First Amendment rights by posting printed materials on the bulletin board designated for general posting without approval, located on the 3rd floor in the library. Materials will only be removed if they violate local, state, or federal law, or university policy.

Any documents advertising events that are displayed on campus, (whether physical or digital), must have the name of the organization included on the document. Documents advertising events that do not include the organization’s name will be removed.
