6.04:17 Lewd, Indecent, or Obscene Behavior - Lewd, indecent, or obscene behavior or activity as defined by law is not condoned by the University. In the event that an interpretation of lewd, indecent, or obscene behavior is needed, the Behavioral Standards Committee shall be called upon to review the behavior or activity against prevailing legal standards and University policy.
