6.04:36A Harassment - Harassment is unwelcome conduct directed against person based on e r more of the person's protected characteristics or status which is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive, and that it creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment. An intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment is one in which a student is effectively denied equal access to an institution's resources and opportunities.
