Any activity must be scheduled in accordance with University policies and procedures, and at a time and in such a manner that will not disrupt normal operations and other activities of the University. All activities held off-campus must have the approval of the Director of Campus Life. Unbecoming conduct at an off-campus event will be treated as if the event were held on campus.
All event/program requests must be submitted via BRED NATION for all registered student organizations at least ten to fifteen (10 to 15) business days prior to the event date.
