The unauthorized entry into a file to use, read, or alter the contents thereof, or transfer a file for any purpose. These include, but not limited to, use of another's identification and password without authorization, use of computing facilities to interfere with the work of another, to transmit obscene harassing or unlawful messages, to interfere with the normal operations of the University computer system, network, or services.
