Examples of specific prohibited actions include but are not limited to the following: ... Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, coercion, bullying/cyber bullying, and/or other conduct that (i) threatens or endangers the health or safety of another person; (ii) puts another in reasonable apprehension or fear for his or her safety; (iii) is so severe or pervasive that it deprives an individual the benefits of any College education program or activity; or (iv) that is used to coerce club/organization membership.
