The distribution of any Materials not related to Commercial Activity and to be distributed in person and by hand will be governed by FGCU Regulation 9.004, Public Expression and Assembly.
Materials may be posted by student organizations and groups on student designated boards, as well as public bulletin boards. Materials may be posted by faculty, staff, and University approved organizations at official University designated locations. Any member of the University community may post Materials on the public bulletin boards.
