To maintain the orderly operation of the University, expressive activity may, without limitation, occur: the University Quadrangle, parking lot south of the Student Union Building, Stadium parking lot, gymnasium parking lot, and west of the Student Union Building between the Student Union and Foster-Tanner Fine Arts Building on a space available basis.
