Sex or Gender Based Harassment: A type of discrimination that occurs when verbal, sexual, physical, electronic, or another form of conduct based upon an individual's sex or gender is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it unreasonably interferes with that individual's education, employment, or participation in a University program or activity.
