Harassment is unwelcome conduct based on Protected Class status (or perceived Protected Class status) that is sufficiently severe, persistent, and/or pervasive so as to unreasonably interfere with or alter the conditions of education, employment, or participation in Dartmouth's Education Programs or Activities, i.e., it creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work or educational environment, under both an objective and subjective standard (hostile environment).
