Colorado Mesa University encourages individuals to report any incident in which any of our community are concerned...These violations may include: athletic inequity, bias, discrimination, dating violence, domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, stalking, theft, vandalism, or some behavior that you do not know how to name.

Reported bias incidents that violate university policy, or state, local, or federal law will be investigated and adjudicated according to existing conduct procedures. However, not all reported bias incidents will constitute a violation of university policy or the law. The university will respond to such incidents by connecting impacted parties and communities with appropriate support and resources. Participation in such opportunities is voluntary.
