Location: Black Hills State University has no designated area for free speech. Therefore, it is essential that those wishing to participate in a public forum or demonstration coordinate with the representative from the office of Public Safety and Security. This individual can be located in Woodburn 126.
Security: Reasonable precautions for the safety of individuals and their audience are paramount. The Student Union and Activities representative will review the security needs of each group and determine if there is a need for additional security during the course of the event.
