Decisions regarding the permissibility of posting or distribution will not be made on the basis of content, with the exception of materials that contain illegal content or that violate university or Board of Regents’ policies. Examples of impermissible content include materials that are obscene, that convey an imminent threat of physical harm to specific individuals, or that disclose confidential information without appropriate authorization.
