“Harassment” – Conduct or act – whether physical, written, verbal, cyber/electronic (including, but not limited to: e-mail, social media, instant messaging) - intentionally directed towards an individual or group that is intimidating, hostile, threatening, or coercive and that is persistent, pervasive, or severe. Harassment includes conduct or acts that involve the exposure online of another individual’s personal identifying information that would cause a reasonable person to fear for their safety, or the safety of others, with the intent to cause such fear.
