Sexual harassment is defined in terms of unwelcome conduct (sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, written or spoken sexual expressions, physical behavior of a sexual nature) under any of the following circumstances: ... Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or demeaning environment.

Yellow light: Policies and Procedures: Student Code of Conduct- Harassment 11-12

Harassment, an intentional act, or series of acts, which is extreme or outrageous, or calculated to cause severe embarrassment, humiliation, shame or fright, or which is intended to intimidate or ridicule is prohibited. To constitute harassment, the conduct must be of such a nature that a reasonable person would not tolerate it.
