Green light: Standards of Student Conduct 09-10

Engaging in expression which is obscene; libelous or slanderous; or which so
incites students as to create a clear and present danger of the commission of
unlawful acts on District premises.

Red light: Sexual Violence Prevention Statement 09-10

The perception of the victim, not the intent of the harasser, determines whether particular words or actions are harassing.
Sexual Harassment: Unwanted verbal sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other visual, verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
