Student Handbook: Harassment/Discrimination 09-10
materials of a sexual or ethnically derogatory nature is in violation of
the College policy on harassment which assures a positive learning
environment. Violation may result in disciplinary action.

sexual conduct or request for sexual favors and verbal or physical conduct
reflecting on an individual's race, color, national and ethnic origin, gender,

has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive
educational or work environment, has the purpose or effect of unreasonably
interfering with the individual's work or school performance or participation;
or otherwise adversely affects an individual's employment or educational
opportunities.
