Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or any other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment when: ... submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for
employment decisions or academic decisions the effect of which unreasonably interferes with an individual's work or academic performance or creates in intimidating, hostile, or offensive working or academic environment.
