sexual invitations; negatively stereotypical jokes; propositions; suggestive,
insulting, obscene comments or other verbal abuse of a sexual nature;
graphic, verbal commentary about an individual's body, sexual prowess or
sexual deficiencies, race-based insults, intimidations, or ridicule. ... Visual conduct such as derogatory posters, photographs, cartoons,
drawings or gestures or other displays in the work place of sexually or
racially derogatory objects or pictures; transmitting or posting via electronic
or other medium defamatory, harassing, obscene or threatening messages
or any communications prohibited by law.
