Green light: Student Code of Conduct: Violations- Harassment 12-13

HARASSMENT - Behavior directed at another person, including but not limited to, stalking, physical force, or violence, that involves a deliberate interference or a deliberate threat to interfere with an individual's personal safety, academic efforts, employment, or participation in authorized University functions and causes the person to have a reasonable apprehension that such harm is about to occur.

Green light: Student Code of Conduct: Violations- Sexual Harassment 12-13

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when: ... Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's academic or work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive university environment.

Internet Usage Policies

Green light: General Policy for University Information and Technology Resources 12-13

The following activities are strictly prohibited, with no exceptions: ... Using a University computing asset to procure, solicit, or transmit material that is in violation of sexual harassment or hostile workplace laws. ... Sending "junk mail" or advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material (email spam). Any form of harassment via email, telephone or paging, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages.
