Michael,
There is no "because" for the investigation that is pre-determined. The incident is being investigated regarding a possible violation of DePaul's Anti-Discriminatory Harassment Policy and Procedures. The incident and the policy are being looked at in it's entirety. As to the Student Center as "an inappropriate place to protest", No, I never said that.

Hi, I had a few questions I forgot to ask during the meeting. Is the
reason the bake sale is being investigated is because it "created a
hostile enivornment" or is it another reason? Also, am I correct that
you said the Student Center was an inappropriate place to protest? If
you do not respond I'll assume that the SC is not to have protest inside
of it at tables, becasue of the'TIME,PLACE, MANNER' theory. Thanks.
