Report flags speech codes

Many colleges and universities maintain unconstitutional speech codes, according to a recent report from the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, echoing a report the group issued a year ago.
The group, known as FIRE, asserts that 75 percent of the 346 colleges it surveyed maintain policies that restrict speech protected under the First Amendment.
