Dear Mr. Kors:

Thank you for your recent letter regarding your concerns about Penn State's chapter of Young Americans for Freedom. As you know, I have been out of town until today. I was not aware of the recent decision made by the Undergraduate Student Government. However, upon reviewing information provided by our Office of Student Affairs, I must agree with your assessment: The Young Americans for Freedom should be granted registration as a student organization.

I am pleased to say that the Undergraduate Student Government Supreme Court met today and reversed its earlier decision. Registration has been granted to the Young Americans for Freedom.

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I am glad we were able to resolve this issue.

Sincerely,

Graham B. Spanier
