Ohio Revised Code Section 3345.023, Forbidding 'All-Comers' Student Organization Policies

(A) No state institution of higher education shall take

any action or enforce any policy that would deny a religious student group
any benefit available to any other student group based on the religious
student group's requirement that its leaders or members adhere to its
sincerely held religious beliefs or standards of conduct.

(a) Recognition;(b) Registration;(c) The use of facilities of the state institution of higher education formeetings or speaking purposes, subject to section 3345.021 of the RevisedCode;(d) The use of channels of communication of the state institution ofhigher education;(e) Funding sources that are otherwise available to any other studentgroup in the state institution of higher education.
(2) "State institution of higher education" has the same meaning as insection 3345.011 of the Revised Code.
